The addition of the new resource continues E.R. Wagner’s position of leading the industry in engineered motion products. Insourcing this process eliminates cost and gives our engineers the quick turnaround needed to stay ahead of the competition. The ability to prototype is invaluable to the design process. E.R. Wagner Engineers will use this tool to evaluate assembly methods, generate basic or temporary fixtures, and extend this service to our customers.
The new 3D Printer prints components layer by layer using a wide range of plastic materials with a resolution of 28 microns (.0011 in). The machine has a build envelope of 11.57” x 7.55” x 5.85”.
