Project Scope

We worked directly with the OEM to develop the never-seen-before Rambox subsystem.

Problem / Challenge

We had to go through the process of designing, testing and building a hinge system in an ever-changing environment. Multiple revisions and corrosion requirements needed for this product.

Solution

ER Wagner designed a single pivot hinge to receive the torsion bar and over-stop, while meeting/exceeding extensive corrosion requirements. 

ER Wagner is proud to be making its way to Ford's latest pickup truck, the Ford Maverick. Our PENDA RH and LH strap brackets will create better accessibility by holding the bed liner down in order to keep it from moving for and aft on the platform. An exciting new developement for ER Wagner, who is steadily making its way through the vehicle industry as the top choice for all custom solution needs.

In addition to ER Wagner's custom vehicle solutions, we are excited to annouce our latest contribution to an update on the Ford Maverick. With the upcoming new style cargo box, ER Wagner will be implementing the use of our Penda brackets.

Our security and striker brackets will attach from the inside of the cargo box to act like a theft deterrent device. Our lid retaining bracket will hold the lid up on the cargo box while in use creating ease of accessbility and conveinence.
