Metal stamping and assembly is at the core of what we do
Any one of the 3,133 forging and stamping companies in the US can stamp a simple part. ER Wagner can design, engineer, stamp, form and assemble complex mechanisms in one continuous process.
We’ve invested millions of dollars in unique, state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment that lets us stamp, radially form and assemble precision parts into complete, complex mechanisms in one machine. We can integrate diverse components including metals, plastics, nuts, bolts, wireforms and more. Inline welding, tapping, coining and riveting are just a few of the many operations that can be integrated into the process, providing the lowest cost, highest quality solution.
Metal stamping is at the core of what we do. Every one of our precision hinges, casters and tubes are formed from stamped metal, assembled at a furious pace and tested to guarantee unmatched quality. We integrate vision systems, electronic sensors and real-time monitoring systems into our processes to ensure our assemblies are correct and all the components are where they need to be every time.
Challenge us… you’ll be amazed at what we can do.

Developing High Performance
In an ever-increasing world of performance, ER Wagner was asked to develop a crush sleeve that traditionally had not been used to seal axle and transmission fluids. This resulted in stopping a nuisance leak path and replaced the need for costly shimming of components in the assembly process.
